They grow up so fast.
We've bee letting them out a lot more. They stay in a group and are really funny--I mean what's not funny about ducks. Anyway, they will be really brave with some things like the tiller, and then run as if spooked at nothing at all. They run in a group. In fact they do everything in a group. Which is wise.
They haven't yet discovered the pond. We don't quite want them to yet. Once they find the pond they won't be able to be corralled into their pen at night. And they're still to young to (probably) survive if not corralled into their pen at night.
They're tons of fun to watch. And hopefully all goes well as they move toward being more independent and free.
(Completely unrelated post script: Mark is in his bed singing "I Am a Child of God" to the tune of "Jingle Bells." Hmmm.)
